Doro’s Chairman resigns

Sweden, Lund, 2016-10-18 08:45 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Doro’s chairman Magnus Mandersson resigns. Johan Andsjö is appointed acting Chairman and Henri Österlund is appointed acting Vice-Chairman.

“I have taken the decision to resign from the Board of Doro due to time constraints. It was not an easy decision to make, Doro is a fantastic company and I have very much enjoyed being the Chairman of the company”, says Magnus Mandersson.

“We as a board would like to express our appreciation to Magnus for his contribution so far and we understand his decision given his new role as deputy CEO at Ericsson,” says Johan Andsjö, acting Chairman of the Board.
